We now require patients to allow a minimum of 72 working hours (3 working days) to process your prescription request.

If you order via a pharmacy please allow additional time for this.

We have not come to this decision lightly but we are finding it increasingly difficult to fulfil prescription requests within 48 working hours due to the work load pressure; which has been overwhelming at times especially during the last 18 months and continues to be!
