People living with these conditions can now access the BCUHB Living Well Service. The service provides diagnosis, treatment and support to manage the wide range of symptoms arising from these conditions. If you have seen your GP about these symptoms, you can refer yourself to the Living Well Service via the QR code below or by asking your health professional to make a referral.
