SMS (Text messages)
If you have consented to our SMS (text message) service, you may occasionally receive information from us by this means.
If you would like to opt out of the SMS service:
- Let our reception staff know when you are next in the surgery,
- Give us a call and ask to be removed from the SMS list.
If you would like to benefit from this service, and have not yet consented, you can do so by completing our SMS registration form when you are next in the surgery.
